I've changed my mind

If you’ve changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of
collection or from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Your item(s) needs to be:
● Unused and with all original components
● In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable)
● In a resaleable condition
● With its proof of purchase
● With any free items that came with the product
● Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid by card, it can
take up to 7 working days to appear back in your account.

Changes / Cancellations

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change/cancel your order after it has been completed. If
we are still processing the order, it might be possible to cancel it if you email us at

Warranty/ Servicing

All of our products come with 24 month warranty and full servicing if needed. In case you no longer have the warranty card all you have to do is contact us and provide the names your order was made with and our team will assist you accordingly.
